DLF’s cautious strategy doesn’t mean stagnation — far from it. In FY25, the developer recorded residential sales worth ₹21,223 crore, a significant portion of which came from Gurugram, its strongest base. One of the best recent examples of this is DLF Privana North, a luxury residential development in Sector 76–77. Despite limited inventory and targeting an ultra-premium buyer base, the project saw a staggering ₹11,000 crore in bookings within just three days of launch.
